This page is mainly devoted to showing the results of experiments in non-conventional propulsion. For experiments of my own, I will also try to provide details of how my devices were built.

Please be warned. Some of these experiments involve the use of very high voltages (in the kilovolt range). When working with high voltages, always discharge the power supply and charged surfaces before going near them yourself.

  The following all produced a force by some method. The likely methods, in some cases proven, were: ion wind (electrophoresis, electric wind), ion cloud propulsion, dielectrophoresis, or some other ion utilizing method. The "Electrokinetic device experiments of John Pietrasik" and the "Poynting Flow Thruster experiments" are especially illuminating.

  Note that the 45 gallon drum experiment is really intended as a test of principles and construction methods necessary for the spaceship and is not expected to produce propulsion.
